Lawful and authorized use

The final policy must require customers to use the service only where lawful and only for purposes permitted by the approved agreement. It must not imply that every item, channel, region, or use case has been legally verified for every customer.

Content authorization and availability statements require owner evidence. Questions should be raised before ordering through a verified support route.

Credentials and account security

Customers should protect access details, avoid posting them publicly, and report suspected compromise through a secure channel. The final policy must state whether and how household or device sharing is permitted.

Staff must never ask for a customer’s bank password or card credentials. IPTV access details must not appear in public pages, logs, analytics, or unsecured support messages.

Configured stream and device limits

Simultaneous-stream limits and installable-device limits are different service facts. The published policy must match the plan selected at checkout and explain how accidental overuse is handled without inventing penalties.

No device-support claim is valid merely because a device logo or guide exists. Compatibility must be verified from current configuration and guide evidence.

Service integrity and prohibited interference

The owner-approved rules should address credential resale, circumvention of access controls, automated abuse, malware, unauthorized scraping, attacks, fraudulent orders, and conduct that harms systems or other customers.

Enforcement must be proportionate, authorized, and recorded. This fixture does not define automatic suspension, termination, or refund consequences.

Review, notice, and enforcement

The final workflow must identify who can investigate an issue, what evidence is retained, when a customer is notified, and how a mistake can be challenged. Urgent security action may require separate rules approved by the owner.

Any enforcement outcome must align with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.
