Plain-language principle

A request is not a guarantee. Availability must be checked against current, authorized service information before a customer relies on it.

Catalogue information must stay current

Channels, languages, sports, movies, series, quality levels, and regional access can change. The final policy must explain the owner’s verified availability process without publishing unconfirmed totals or copyrighted catalogue artwork.

Marketing summaries should remain centralized and owner-editable so a later change does not leave contradictory claims across pages.

Pre-order availability requests

Customers should be able to ask whether a particular content category, language, region, or device is supported before ordering. The request should collect only the contact information and question needed to respond.

A response must distinguish confirmed availability from a best-effort check and must not promise permanent availability.

Changes and interruptions

The owner-approved policy must describe how planned changes, provider changes, regional restrictions, rights changes, technical failures, and discontinued availability are communicated where applicable.

No uptime, replacement-content, or restoration-time guarantee is created by this fixture.

Device and application compatibility

A device guide describes a setup path, not a universal compatibility guarantee. The customer’s model, operating-system version, application, network, region, and plan limits may affect the result.

When compatibility is uncertain, the site should direct the customer to installation guidance and a verified pre-order support route.

Lawful, authorized service boundary

The application is intended for a lawful, authorized IPTV service. Public wording must not claim content authorization, licensing, or rights coverage until the owner supplies evidence appropriate to the statement.

Availability records, customer responses, and marketing content must avoid copied branding, programme descriptions, logos, posters, or unsupported commercial claims.
